• Check that your Open Restaurant setup is not blocking drainage toward catch basins. 
• If your setup is next to a catch basin, make sure it is not blocked by your setup. Clear any debris on it
• If you have incorporated drainage flow as part of your setup, make sure any pipes or gutters are clear of debris or snow.
